Terms of Use (Graphic Design Services)

1. Ownership and Usage Rights:
   
   • Upon full payment, you (the client) will receive full usage rights for the final approved designs.
   • Files delivered (high-resolution JPGs, layered PSDs, and print-ready files) are for use in agreed-upon marketing and promotional purposes.
   • The designer (Danny Pham) retains the right to showcase the final designs in a professional portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Revisions:
   • Each design includes up to 2 rounds of revisions.
   • Additional revisions beyond the included rounds may incur extra fees, quoted separately.
3. Turnaround Time:
   
   • Delivery is typically within 48–72 hours per design, excluding client revision periods.
   • Meeting project deadlines requires timely feedback and approval from the client.
4. Payment Terms:
   • Work begins once full or partial payment is received.
   • Final files will be delivered after the balance is paid in full.
5. Confidentiality:
   • Any materials, fonts, logos, or assets provided by the client will be treated as confidential and will not be shared outside the scope of the project.
6. File Retention:
   • Working files will be kept on file for 30 days after final delivery.
   • After 30 days, storage or retrieval of files may incur an additional fee.
7. Cancellation:
   • If the project is canceled after work has begun, a kill fee of 50% of the total quoted price will apply to cover time spent.
